You’ll then be guided into a mediative state, carried gently by the soothing sounds of classical piano including music by Max Richter, Philip Glass, Debussy and Bjork as you lay down on soft mattresses with cushions and blankets for your comfort.

Words also carry powerful vibrations and as part of the experience you’ll hear Universal truths and spiritual insights with poetry by the sufi poet Rumi, Shakespeare and Bjork on the subject of love.

There are performances at 12pm, 3pm and 5.30pm.
