The Joy of Opera invites our operatic community to come together to celebrate our work, to explore playfully the creative possibilities of our art form, to welcome anyone from on stage and behind the scenes, freelancer or full time to leave spreadsheets and business plans at the door.

Part tea party, part gaming session, part speed-date, part networking session, lashed with plenty of mischief and fun, we’ll find out more about each other and where we might, together be heading.

We’ll round the afternoon off with a drink or two in the bar.

Attendance is completely free, we want everyone to feel welcome, though do please book in advance and tell us what skills you might want to bring and share.
